After months of having this blog, I am finally posting. The only bad thing is that I don't have any new creations to post... In fact there has never been an epic thing to post but I want to start. Right now. Immediately. So I will start with a beginning and after of a photo that I took a few years ago when LaFanda (my beautiful DSLR) was an infant and I could not reign in her powers--I've gotten a little better but she is still way out of my league. Yet, I am still working on it and will eventually become the greatest photographer in the WORLD!!! Mwahahaha! I can only wish...

So basically, I broke my cardinal rule. I promised myself that I would never get into photo editing because that is when the integrity of the photo is ruined. Although I feel I can justify it in this case for the fact that it doesn't consist of making Gertrude into Malibu Barbie... It just makes what was once quite ugly now a little fascinating.
